British Research Establishment (BRE)
Profac were requested to build a test wall for the BRE for a major supplier of external wall insulation systems.
A test wall was built at the British Research Establishment in Watford to allow a full-scale fire test of the system. Profac installed a phenolic dash render system which was given time to cure and then burned to test the spread of fire. After the fire test was conducted, Profac stripped the wall ready for other systems to be tested.
