Retrofit an existing office block with external wall Insulation onto light steel frame and Y-wall backing boards.
Many brownfield offices are now being converted into accommodation and Anglia House is a perfect example. The office block was extended by one floor in steel frame which needed insulation and rendering.
Profac installed 50mm of mineral wool insulation and finished these areas with silicone render.
