Replace delaminated render with a new silicone render system to the whole building.
Profac removed all of the existing render on this old property and levelled all walls with a standard basecoat before installing a full render system. We worked until December 24th to complete this project on time and on budget leaving a very happy client to enjoy their Christmas.
